JHMR – Cody Bowl Webcam
Cody Bowl is expert terrain at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, sitting high on the mountain above the Sublette Chair. This camera gives you a look at the upper mountain conditions in one of the most challenging and rewarding areas on the hill.
When the snow is deep and the visibility is good, Cody Bowl is where the locals go. I have skied it on days when the powder was thigh-deep and the only tracks in the bowl were mine. This camera tells you if the upper mountain is open, if the visibility is good enough to navigate the steep chutes, and how much fresh snow has accumulated since the last storm. If the camera shows bluebird skies and fresh powder, you already know what to do.
Local tip: Cody Bowl requires a short traverse from the top of the Sublette Chair. Check this camera alongside the Summit Pano Cam to get a full picture of upper mountain conditions before you commit to the hike.
